After you click Sign up here on the Login screen, you will see the Sign Up screen. If your company does not require account approval, you will see only the first 6 fields below. If account approval is required, you will also see the Messages field below.
The Email address, Username, Password, and Verify Password fields are required. All other fields are optional. Your password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least 2 of the following types of characters: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numerals, or special characters.
It is recommended that you use a combination of letters, numbers, and punctuation for greater security. Passwords are case sensitive.
After requesting an account:
- If account approval is not required, you will immediately receive an e-mail with an activation link. Click the link to activate your account and log in.
- If applicable, this email will include a list of all other active and inactive accounts associated with your email address.
- If there are any other accounts, then the email will also include a link to cancel your request.
- If account approval is required, you will receive the e-mail with the verification link after a company administrator has manually approved your request for access.
If any of the required information is missing, or your password does not comply with requirements detailed above and match the verify password you entered, or your email is incorrectly formatted the request cannot be processed. The offending fields will be highlighted in red with a red error message describing the problem.
